TRAVEL: For travel services, a fee of $25 - $35 will be charged per artist. The client is responsible for any additional fees, such as tolls, parking, or park/facility entry fees.

RETAINER/BOOKING FEE: To secure a party/event booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required, which will be applied towards the remaining balance. The remaining balance, including any traveling fees and additional services, must be paid 24 hours before the event date. Payments can be made online, and checks are not accepted unless previously arranged. No services will be performed until the balance is paid.

CANCELLTION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Please note that if you need to reschedule a booked artist, there is no guaranteed accommodation, and a non-refundable retainer fee will be held and used towards the rescheduled date minus a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee per artist booked. clients have until the end of the current year to reschedule for a date within that year. If the client cancels within 7 days or fails to reschedule, the entire retainer will be lost.

OVERTIME & BREAKS: Additional time beyond the booked hours will be charged at an hourly rate per artist with a full half hour charge being due for each 1-30 minutes of overtime. However, only booked times with retainers are guaranteed. 15-minute paid breaks will be provided for every 3 hours of contracted time.

PARKING: Designated parking spots for artists will be provided near the facility entrance or driveway, and any parking fees during contractual obligations will be covered by the client.

EXTREME ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS: Artists reserve the right to stop services without refunding if extreme adverse working conditions persist and are not remedied by the client, such as destructive, violent, inappropriate, illegal, dangerous weather or working conditions.

LIABILITY STATEMENT: The artist(s) involved in face painting activities shall not be held liable in the event of any allergic reactions resulting from the use of paints and/or products. We utilize FDA compliant paints and cosmetic-grade glitters approved for face painting purposes. However, children with sensitive skin or allergies are advised to abstain from participation or undertake a patch test at the onset of the party. Our artists will not paint children below three years of age and individuals exhibiting symptoms of the following conditions: cold sores, conjunctivitis, infectious skin conditions, eczema, or open wounds due to health and sanitation concerns. While we will use reasonable care, we are not responsible for any damage to clothing or property.

WATERPROOF/ALCOHOL BASED FACE PAINTS, AIRBRUSH TATTOOS: Access to electricity is necessary for these services. Please ensure that the designated area has electricity. These temporary waterproof tattoos are created using FDA approved cosmetic grade alcohol based paints and can last for 1-5 days with proper care. They can be easily removed with rubbing alcohol, soap, and warm water. These tattoos are recommended for ages 5 and up.

CHARACTERS: The characters will exhibit a range of appearances, and not all of them will have speaking roles. However, most of them will engage with guests by performing dance numbers, offering photo opportunities, and other exciting interactions.

SUPERVISION: The artist will not supervise children or adults, and the safety of all attendees is the responsibility of the parents/clients.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: (a) Should the Client fail to fulfill any periodic or installment payment due under this agreement, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received or a resolution is reached. (b) The Artist cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-performance stemming from circumstances beyond their control. (c) The Artist performs as an independent contractor and cannot be deemed an employee of the Client. (d) Any adjustments to this agreement must be confirmed by both the Contractor and the Client. (e) This Agreement represents the entirety of the agreement between the Client and the Artist, superseding any prior understanding or representation of any nature preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings, or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: The client acknowledges and agrees to remit the full payment amount for the services rendered. The client bears responsibility for any additional expenses, including attorney's fees and NSF/return fees, incurred while collecting unpaid amounts due to the Artist under this agreement. Furthermore, it is the client's responsibility to provide sheltered accommodation in the event of rain and shaded areas to mitigate heat.

Upon submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and comprehended all the terms and conditions detailed above. I am aware of my financial responsibility for myself and any accompanying individuals enlisted above (if applicable), and I recognize that any retainer fee(s) paid are non-refundable. I pledge to abide by this contract, which is considered binding. Hence, I accept the Terms and Conditions.

Artists retain the right to use any photographs taken publically to promote the business: Images may be taken and may be used in print publications,online publications, presentations, websites, and social media.
